iWork Now.

I got a job. I won’t really have much time to talk about it, but I’m just letting you all know I have a job now, I have my truck now and I am going to try to get online when I can.

However, my blog has not been much of a priority to me lately.

Yesterday I got sick at work, though, and I had to go home early. My phone died yesterday morning, and I had to drive home whilst dizzy and numb and nauseous. I now have a car charger for in my truck (I’m keeping it in the center console), so thankfully if that ever happens again I’ll be alright and can call someone, you know? Let’s just say I almost wrecked, but thankfully I did not.

Hope everyone is okay. Walmart is closed Christmas, but I don’t know about whether I have to work Thanksgiving or not. The Yearly Event[1. Walmart refers to Black Friday as The Yearly Event.] opens at one minute past midnight. I’m a night owl, so I’m kind of really hoping I’ll have to work through that, but I’m also scared because I don’t know if I’ll be ready to by then.

I’m honestly really afraid because I don’t want to mess up (even though I’m awesome with a Sonic cash register). Please wish me luck!! I NEED IT.

Congrats on getting a job! I’ve seriously been unemployed for months now… it’s so hard to find a job! I feel terrible and really guilty about quitting my old job. I miss my old job and now I know what it feels like not to have a stable income coming in. It’s a sad situation! Please keep your job or don’t leave your job till you guaranteed have a new one in hand. I definitely learned from my mistakes 🙁

Good luck dear! I am sure you’ll be fine. You will probably get used to it if you work enough before then. If you’re just a casual you can ask for more hours – it never hurts to ask because they may need your help regardless.

I wish I could get a job here! But I don’t think I have the time 🙁 There’s also the whole problem that I don’t have a work visa.. yet… I have to wait 6 months after I started college… Hopefully I’ll be able to get one next semester some time 🙂

Black Friday is scary. I hide in my room during Black Friday because for me, it’s not worth going out. Hopefully, you’ll get wonderful overtime pay on that day, and make lots of money!

Walmart is already scary on normal early mornings. I refuse to go there on Black Friday.
